2020 Toyota 500 - Highlights

At Darlington, South Carolina, Denny Hamlin won the Toyota 500 with only 20 laps remaining. This was the first Wednesday race NASCAR had had since 1984. With 29 laps to go, Chase Elliot and Kyle Busch attempted to take the lead at the same time with Kyle Busch on the outside and Chase Elliot on the inside. Elliot was then spun out and into the wall by Busch which brought out one of many cautions that day. A very angry Elliot waited for Busch to pass to flip him off. The race was stopped 8 minutes later due to incoming rain.
